David Marh received Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law, received MBA degree from University of California, Irvine, and studied Engineering in undergraduate at Harvey Mudd College.

David Marh is admitted to practice law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, offices of the United States Department of Homeland Security throughout all 50 states, all courts of the State of California, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
